Each MC7 creation features a personalized QR Code granting access to digital content chosen by the Client. This QR Code extends the product into the digital space and remains under the responsibility of its creator.<\/p>

1. Principle<\/b><\/p>

MC7 acts solely as a technical hosting provider within the meaning of the law.\n All content accessible via the QR Code is entirely supplied and controlled by the Client.<\/p>

2. Client Responsibility<\/b><\/p>

The Client guarantees that the content linked to the QR Code:<\/span><\/p>

  • is lawful ;<\/span><\/li>
  • does not infringe upon the rights of third parties ;<\/span><\/li>
  • complies with all applicable laws and regulations ;<\/span><\/li>
  • does not harm the image or integrity of MC7.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    3. Prohibited Content<\/b><\/p>

    The following content is strictly prohibited:<\/span><\/p>

    • violent, hateful, discriminatory, or defamatory material ;<\/span><\/li>
    • content infringing upon human dignity ;<\/span><\/li>
    • pornographic or pedophilic material ;<\/span><\/li>
    • content inciting violence, suicide, or illegal activities ;<\/span><\/li>
    • any infringement of intellectual property rights likely to damage the image of MC7.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      \u00a0<\/b><\/p>

      4. Moderation and Deactivation<\/b><\/p>

      MC7 reserves the right, without prior notice, to:<\/span><\/p>

      • deactivate a QR Code ;<\/span><\/li>
      • render content inaccessible ;<\/span><\/li>
      • suspend or delete a Client Account when content violates the Terms of Use, this Charter, or the law.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        5. Legal Retention<\/b><\/p>

        Certain content or reports may be retained by MC7 to comply with legal or judicial obligations.<\/span><\/p>

        6. The MC7 Vision<\/b><\/p>
