Each MC7 creation features a personalized QR Code granting access to digital content chosen by the Client. This QR Code extends the product into the digital space and remains under the responsibility of its creator.

1. Principle

MC7 acts solely as a technical hosting provider within the meaning of the law. All content accessible via the QR Code is entirely supplied and controlled by the Client.

2. Client Responsibility

The Client guarantees that the content linked to the QR Code:

• is lawful ;
• does not infringe upon the rights of third parties ;
• complies with all applicable laws and regulations ;
• does not harm the image or integrity of MC7.

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• violent, hateful, discriminatory, or defamatory material ;
• content infringing upon human dignity ;
• pornographic or pedophilic material ;
• content inciting violence, suicide, or illegal activities ;
• any infringement of intellectual property rights likely to damage the image of MC7.

4. Moderation and Deactivation

MC7 reserves the right, without prior notice, to:

• deactivate a QR Code ;
• render content inaccessible ;
• suspend or delete a Client Account when content violates the Terms of Use, this Charter, or the law.

5. Legal Retention

Certain content or reports may be retained by MC7 to comply with legal or judicial obligations.

The MC7 QR Code is a space for expression. Yet, like all freedom, it demands responsibility, awareness, and elegance.
